Basal Frame
The basal frame or geared assembly is mounted on the head holder C. It aids neurosurgeon during precision surgery.

The basal frame can mount instrument receptacle, arm rest, self-retaining retractor arms, scalp hook retractor, patty holder.

Used to place instruments during surgery.
Scalp Hook Retractor
Used to hold the scalp during surgery.
Self Retaining Retractor Arms
Very flexible to position but very rigid when locked. The design of the spatula enables easy retraction.
Arm Rest
Used to support the surgeon’s arms during precision surgery.
Patty Holder
Used to hold the cottonoid or patty during surgery.

The table attachment can fit into any make OT table.
Extra Flexion attachment
This attachment provides excellent extension and flexion required.
Different sizes of head pins
The adult, adolescent and pediatric head pins are available to cater different ages of patients.
Horseshoe attachment
The adult and pediatric horseshoe assembly with silicon padding are available.
The detachable suspender pulley for skull traction tong is also provided.
Navigation adapter
